

Ann Marie Edner passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 20, 2015, in Huntington Beach, California. Ann was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the sixth of eight children. Ann married James Neary and raised seven children in the community of Torrance, California. Ann graduated from El Camino College and practiced nursing at Torrance Memorial as a Registered Nurse. Ann married her second husband, Harold Edner, and they moved to Sun Lakes Country Club in Banning, California. At Sun Lakes, Ann was an avid bowler, involved in the Friendship Club and volunteered for the Beaumont Police Department.
Ann is survived by her six children: Mary Lachman, Kathy Wright, Thomas Neary, Pat Neary, Elizabeth Putman and Danny Neary. Her son James Neary went to be with the Lord in 2010. Ann is also survived by her ten grandchildren and three great grandsons.
Ann was active in her community, always a pillar of strength and taught her children, grandchildren and others to believe in the Lord, love and family.
Memorial Mass Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 10:00am at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church, 1234 Palm Avenue, Beaumont, California. A celebration of Ann's life will follow the Mass.
Arrangements were entrusted to Weaver Mortuary, Beaumont, California.
