Billy Hoover, age 96, of Banning, California passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023. Billy was born in TX on June 16, 1927. He was married to his wife Julia May Hoover for 69 years, she preceded him in death. Survived by his children, Thomas Hoover and Patricia Jackson, his brother Morris Hoover, and grandchildren Jacquelyn Santillan, Brent long, and 7 great grandchildren. Billy was a devout follower of Jesus Christ, a member for many years at Grace Brethren of Cherry Valley. His hobby was working on his electric car. He loved the Lord and sharing Jesus with everyone he met. Billy was a jokester his whole life and had a great sense of humor. A very generous man, he was.
A graveside service and military honors for Billy will be held Thursday, June 15, 2023 from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, California 92518.
