Diane T. Baker

Diane T. Baker, age 73, of Beaumont, California passed away on Wednesday February 7, 2018. Diane was born February 26, 1944 in Port Arthur, Texas to Margaret and Tom Jones. She was a resident of the Beaumont area and San Jacinto for 30 years and previously lived in Long Beach, CA for 13 years. Diane worked as a nurses aide, but was primarily a housewife. She enjoyed spending time with family and playing BINGO, she was a great cook and will be fondly remembered as a very special Grandma.

Diane is survived by son Greg (Rochelle) Baker of Cherry Valley, CA; sister Margie Welker of Murrieta, CA. and sister Teri (Richard) Ayres of Arroyo Grande, CA; grandson Andrew Baker, grandson Brandt Baker, granddaughters Kaitlyn and Brooklyn Baker and 2 great grandchildren.

Diane was preceded in death by her husband James Baker; father Tom Jones and mother Margaret Jones; brother John Jones and brother Steve Jones; grandmother Ollie K. Northington.

A visitation for Diane will be held Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Weaver Mortuary Chapel, 1177 Beaumont Ave., Beaumont, California. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 12:00 PM, also at Weaver Mortuary. A graveside service will occur Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 2:01 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, California 92518. A reception gathering will follow at 3:00 PM at Weaver Mortuary.
