Frank P. Irvin, 93, passed away on October 16, 2011. He served in the U.S. Army for over 20 years, during that time he received a bronze metal and retired with the rank of Captain. Graveside service will be held at 10:45 AM on Monday, October 24, 2011 at Riverside National Cemetery 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518, Staging Area #4.
