Gerald Herman Brey (Gerry) passed away Saturday March 29, 2014 at 4:55 pm. He was born in Malodor, Wisconsin on April 22, 1929 where he lived with his brother Jerome and his sister Clara until he joined the Navy in 1950. He served in the Navy during the Korean War until 1954 when he was honorably discharged. Gerry moved to Beaumont in 1959 and started his company, Brey Electric. Gerry retired from Brey Electric in 1995 but remained active in the community serving on Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District Board of Directors from 1987-2006. Gerry is preceded in death by his son Mark and is survived by his wife Judi, eight children, 19 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, one nephew, and three nieces. He will be missed by all that knew him. A Service of Remembrance complete with Military Honors will be held at 12:00 PM on Sunday April 13th, 2014 at Weaver Mortuary 1177 Beaumont Ave. Beaumont Ca. 92223
