MARGARET JOSEPHINE COLLINS 11/16/1918 ~ 9/12/2010 Born in Akron, Ohio. Went home to be with the Lord in good old Irish fashion with singing & prayer, surrounded by her family in Banning, California. She was married for 69 years to her loving husband, Bob Collins, who preceded her in death 4 years ago. She is survived by her 6 children: Carol Collins of Banning, CA, Eileen Verosik of Yucaipa, CA, Kathleen Borynack of Banning, CA, Dennis Collins of Farmington, ME, Colleen Weister of La Pine, OR and Maureen (Moe) Cartner of Bend, OR; 22 Grandchildren; 36 Great grandchildren; 3 Great-great grandchildren; 3 nieces, 3 nephews and their families; as well as half the population of Ohio, including her sister-in-law, Ruth Ede. She was also blessed with some wonderful friends including Esther Ramos, Merle Nazareth and Patsy Hernandez. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Weaver Mortuary Chapel 1177 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont, CA 92223. Inurnment at San Gorgonio Memorial Park, Banning.
