Michael was born Oct. 1, 1967 in Banning to Buddy and Margarita Dahl. He was raised in Beaumont. Michael was a member of New Creation Church in Banning.
He enjoyed barbecuing for his family and loved to read and play with his grandkids. He was a proud member of TAPS, honoring the death of his son Army Spc. Michael A. Dahl Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Carmen Dahl; three sons: Angel Dahl, Steven Dahl and Buddy Dahl; four step-children, Jose Mejia, Francess Washington, Margarita Cassadas and Flavio Mejia; nine grandchildren; parents, Buddy and Margarita Dahl; brother, Larry Dahl; nieces, Michelle Castillo, Jestina Dahl, Dominica Dahl and Chante Retzlaft; nephew, Anthony Dahl and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held Saturday, May 28, 2016 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Weavers Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont. Reception will be held at New Creation Church 1252 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont.
