Norma is survived by one son, Steve Cox (Teri), grandchildren, Laura Roark (Rick), Ashley Day (Dennis) and Zachary Cox (Alisha) and 7 great grandchildren.
Norma is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Billy Cox, parents Cecil and Essie Manley, siblings, Leamon Manley, Ruth Martin, Hattie Barber, Lyman Manley and Larry Manley.
A visitation for Norma will be held on Wednesday January 21, 2026 at 9:00 am to 10:00 am, followed by a service at 10:00 am. at Weaver Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Avenue Beaumont, CA. A private burial will be held at Riverside National Cemetery at 12:30 pm.
Pallbearers are Steve Cox, Zachary Cox, Rick Roark and Dennis Day.
