Rodney Lee Hunter, 61, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015 at the Loma Linda University Medical Center – East Campus. He was born March 10, 1954 in Freeport, Illinois. Rodney graduated from Freeport High School in 1972 and obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson. After college Rodney worked in time clock sales and later in life he worked and retired from Real Estate in 2009 after 25 years as a Broker. Rodney was an athlete that always enjoyed being outdoors playing football, basketball, running track, golfing, bicycling and when he was at home he loved his cat Princess.
Rodney is survived by his mother, Millie Hunter of Banning, CA and brother, Clifton Hunter.
A visitation is scheduled for Monday, December 7, 2015 from 10:00am – 11::00am with funeral service to follow at 11:00am, both at Weaver Mortuary 1177 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont, CA 92223. A graveside service will follow at San Gorgonio Cemetery in Banning, CA. In Lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the Brain Tumor Program at City of Hope in Duarte, CA.
