Benny Lee Hale

He was born in Richland’s, Virginia on April 3, 1942 to Ms. Ruth Chappel and Benjamin Hale of Virginia and was betrothed to Patricia Wileman Hale, his beloved, on September 2, 2000, lasting for sixteen years.

Benny worked as a Job/Project Superintendent for Veceillo & Grogan of West Virginia/Ranger Construction Industries for 41 years living in Palm Beach, Florida, and later, retiring to the country roads of West Virginia. He enjoyed people and seeing the countryside, while riding his Harley.

Benny is survived by his wife, Patricia Hale of Oak Hill, WV, his three sisters: Cheryl Rose of Long Island, NY, Sandra Hinkle of Suffolk, VA, and Paige Smith of Chesapeake, VA; a son, Benjamin Hale of Gastonia, NC, and three daughters, Amarless Hale-Nichols of Zachery, LA, Tina Hale of Zachery, LA, and April Wileman of St. Albans, WV; 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren as well as other family and friends.

Benny is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Chappel; his father, Benjamin Hale; a brother, Dennis Hale; and a sister, Patricia Hale.

The family of Benny Hale wishes to thank everyone for their tears, their smiles and most and most of all their prayers.

Per Benny’s request, there will be no services.
