Delora Fay Fink

On January 5, 2015 our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend Delora Fay Fink of Beckley went home to be with the Lord.

She was born January 20, 1929 at Winona, WV to the late Robert and Maud Stokley Moses.

Delora loved spending time with her family, especially at family reunions, gardening, canning, church, visiting friends, and feeding the birds. She was a member of Stanaford Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Fink.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving children, David (Shorty) Fink of Asheville, NC, Dyanna L. Jordan and husband, Dennis of Beckley, and Donald Fink and wife, Darlene of Beckley; grandchildren, Kevin W. Jordan and wife Elizabeth of Springdale, Tammy L. Jordan Hall and husband, Derek of Beckley, Michael Fink and wife, Tonya of Beckley, Marshall Fink of Beckley; great-grandson, Cayden Jordan of Springdale; four sisters, Beulah Walkup of Lookout, Lee Teubert and husband, Jack of Hendersonville, TN, Betty Beale of Eastover, NC, and Patty Irick and husband, Buddy of Hendersonville, TN; a brother, Bert Moses and wife, Beth of Gallatin, TN; many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Services to celebrate the life of Delora Fay Fink will be held 11:00AM Friday, January 9, 2014 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Pastor George Wood of the Stanaford Missionary Baptist Church officiating. Following the services, she will be laid to rest at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley.

Chris Farrish, Clarence Hicks, Johnny McGee, Jason Whiting, Bryan Bird and Bob Culp will be serving as pallbearers.

Friends may gather with the family from 6:00PM until 8:00PM Thursday at the funeral home.
