Edward was a Volunteer Fireman with Coal River Fire Department for 15 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and especially grandchildren, taking road trips and sightseeing and watching old movies.
In addition to his parents, Edward is preceded in death by his brother, Tommy Massey; special aunt, Athleen Massey.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Sarah Massey; son, David Massey (Shasta); grandchildren, Kaylee McCabe, Trinity McCabe, Jason Massey; aunt, Nana Webb; and many friends and family along the way.
Services will be held Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Flat Branch Church. Burial will follow at Massey Cemetery.
