Franklin C. Wills “Carroll”, 80, of Beckley, WV, went to be with the Lord on August 26, 2017. Born October 1, 1936 in Coal City, WV, he was the son of the late Fred and Opal Garretson Wills. Mr. Wills was a humble, loving husband and enjoyed hunting and spending time in nature. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Gladys Dixon. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of over 49 years, Marion Elizabeth Richardson Wills; sons, Dwayne Wills and wife Beckie, Fred Wills and Perry Wills; daughter, Sheri and husband Tom Steiner; brother, David and wife Diana Wills; 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Friends may gather with family on Saturday, September 2, 2017 from 4pm to 5pm at Blue Ridge Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at Blue Ridge Funeral Home on Saturday September 2, 2017 at 5pm with David Wills officiating. In lieu of flowers the family would like to request donations be made to the American Cancer Society or a Humane Society of your choice.
