Helen attended Piney View Bible Church, and loved to fish, camp and go out to eat with family and friends. She was employed for 17 1/2 years at Central Printing in Beckley.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband James Elbert Bragg, children Teresa Armentrout and Gary Bragg; brothers James, Lester, George, Billy, John and Howard; and sisters Roxie Ayers and Mary Harman.
She is survived by her daughter in law, Danita Bragg of Maple Fork and several other extended family members and friends.
A gathering of family and friends for Helen will be held Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Blue Ridge Funeral Home & Crematorium, 5251 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Beckley, WV 25801, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm with Pastor Dan Carfrey officiating.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
Helen will be laid to rest in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5250 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Beckley, WV 25801.
