Illa Jean Bazzie

ILLA JEAN BAZZIE Illa Jean Bazzie, 77, of Piney View, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 18, 2014. Born on April 26, 1937, she is a daughter of the late Roy Fagg and the late Madge Surface Fagg. Jean loved reading and arranging flowers, but most of all spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 35 years Larry Keith Bazzie. Those left to cherish her memory include her loving children, Karen Bazzie of Piney View, Kim Miller and husband, Lee of Grandview, and Brian Bazzie and wife, Jennifer of Cool Ridge; three grandchildren, Madison and Michael Miller and Madeline Bazzie; a sister, Dorothy Keaton and husband, Kenneth of Grafton, OH, Dale Fagg and wife, Georgianna of FL, Grady Fagg and wife, Carolyn of Summersville, and Michael Fagg of Danese, WV; several nieces and nephews, and extended family. She will be greatly missed by all. Services to celebrate the life of Illa Jean Bazzie will be held 1:00PM Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Pastor Don Kelly officiating. Following the services Jean will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Larry at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley.
