Lana Nicole Hill

Born on April 18th, 1978, she was the daughter of Gerald Alexander and Robin Richmond.

Lana was a graduate of Valley High School and then attended WV Tech where she graduated with honors in the dental hygiene program.

Lana was a homemaker and in her free time, she loved cooking, going to the beach, and anything outdoors. Above all, she loved her children and her family whom she cherished.

Lana was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Elmer and Juanita Johnson; paternal grandparents, Charles "Hogan" and Mildred Alexander; and a brother, Bradley Wayne Alexander.

Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Robin Richmond (Johnnie) of Bradley, WV; her father, Gary Alexander (LeighAnn) of Montgomery; Sons, Payton Williams of Bradley, WV, Maxwell Hill IV who is stationed in Okinawa Japan, and Arie Castaneda of Ansted, WV; daughters, Meadow Hill and fiancé Brayden Slack of Huntington, WV, Maura Hill of Mt. Carbon, WV, and Solara Castaneda of Indiana; Lana is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

There will be a memorial service for Lana on Thursday, August 28th, 2025 at 11AM at Blue Ridge Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Pauley officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior.
