She was born March 12th 1935 to parents Hilmer and Della May Webb and spent her life as a truly special lady—always ready to lend a hand to those in need and truly cared for her loved ones in a way that couldn’t be matched. A faithful Christian woman, her love for her family and friends was second only to the love she had for the Lord.
She has been called home to Heaven, greeted at the pearly gates by her parents Hilmer and Della Webb; first husband Bob Kincaid; second husband Adrian Keeney; brother Robert Webb; sisters Roxie Painter and Olive McCoy; a nephew James Wriston; and a niece Mary Ann Wriston.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Pamela Goddard; grandson Donnie Ellison and wife Brandi; nephews Rudy Painter and Larry Burgess; and nieces Marie Baker, Sue Price, Monargene McClain, and Sandra Jean Lokant.
Friends and family are invited for a visitation at 11 am on Monday December 8th 2025 before the funeral service starting at 11:30 am. Committal at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens to follow.
