Mary Lutz

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Lutz on February 14th at the age of 86. Born on March 13th,1938, she grew up in North Canton, Ohio and later moved to Hartville, Ohio where she was a loving and devoted wife to her late husband, Daniel Lutz. Mary lived a fulfilling life and was a woman after God's own heart.

She enjoyed spending her time outdoors gardening, mowing on her John Deere, and spent many summers camping and fishing. She was a kind and generous soul, always putting others’ needs before her own. Mary never knew a stranger; she was a friend to all. Her love and compassion extended to all those who knew her, and she will be remembered for her huge heart, infectious smile and warm personality.

She is survived by her daughter Susan (Lutz) Wittmann, daughter-in-law Marissa Lutz, 7 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, her sister Jan Griffin and brother Herman Humbert who will all miss her dearly. She is preceded in death by her husband Daniel Lutz, her son Terry Lutz, and her brother Pete Humbert.
