Mary was a member of the Bible Wesleyan Church in Crab Orchard. Her devotion to the church and her love for God spanned the course of her lifetime. Mary had the gift of giving and her unwavering kindness and welcoming home held her family and friends together. She loved cooking and shared her delicious meals with everyone that visited her home. Her love of beauty could always be seen in her beautiful flower gardens, they were a highlight in her life.
The world is emptier with the passing of Mary Mills, but her love will forever beat on in the hearts of those who knew her. She always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. We should celebrate the memory of her life by living our own with the same love and kindness that she gave to all she encountered.
