Born February 20, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Mike and Molly Keyser Prunesti.
Rosie passed her days crocheting, crafting, doing word search puzzles, and spending time on the phone with her friends. Recalling stories about her children’s childhood days was her favorite pastime. Her spirit shone brightly to all who visited her in her last days. Never holding malice, she loved everyone equally.
In addition to her parents, Rosie is preceded in death by her husband Lester “Pete” William Baldwin and her son James Prunest.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons Lonnie Baldwin and wife Betty; Lennie Baldwin and wife Melva; Danny Baldwin and wife Delores Ayers; Rockie Baldwin and wife Patricia; Raymond Baldwin and wife Janet, daughter Penny Miller and husband Matt, brother Jessie Prunest and wife Joyce, and sister Catherine Black and husband Wayne.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, November 24, 2014 at Blue Ridge Funeral home, Beckley, with Rev. Bill Prunest officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
