Mr. Bailey was a retired coal miner and liked nothing more than being home and spending time with his pets.
Those left to cherish his memory include his niece Heather Tucker and her husband Lee of Beckley. His great nieces and nephews Zachary Tucker and wife Alyssa, Taylor Cales and husband Shawn, and Lauren Tucker; as well as his great-great nieces and nephews, Bryleigh and Luke Cales and Kaycen and Halston Tucker.
In accordance with his wishes, Mr. Bailey will be cremated and no services are planned.
