Art  lit up the room with with his quick witted humor, and a cigarette!  I loved being part of the USCS airport team with him.  He was a stellar officer, loved his “Ang” and made a sometimes hard job, easy with a belly laugh for all his colleagues.  I’m so grateful our paths crossed.  RIP Arthur!

I graduated from the Baltimore City Police Academy in 1992 and was sent to Sector 2 of the Northern District.  This is where I began my friendship with Art.  He was a good Police Officer and a Great Man.  I have so many great memories of Art.  One of my favorite pictures is of Art and me at my wedding where he cut in to have a dance with me.  You will be missed, my friend.  

It was a distinct honor and an absolute pleasure to have worked with Art and to have had the fortune of being his friend.  Art and his sharp wit will be sorely missed, but not forgotten.   One thing is certain, God broke the mold when He made Art!  My sincere heart felt condolences to his many friends and family.  Rest in peace brother.

Worked with Arty for several years and consider him a close friend.  Arty will be missed.  I will always remember his sense of humor and  partnership. 

Paul, Barbara and family, We are so sorry for you your loss, we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. May Artie Rest In Peace! Ps. ARtie would drive down from New York to stay with us when we lived down the shore. He would get there at nite, we would wake up on 4th of July and Artie would be outside in a tent. We have a lot of  happy family memories, i miss the good ole days! RIP Artie 🙏🏻❤️

A quick witted seasoned professional that was a pleasure to work with and a guy who always kept the troops laughing and I am lucky to have had the pleasure to have known him.  You will not be forgoten Artie!  May you now rest in peace!
