Audria was born on October 25, 1937 in Baltimore, Maryland. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles. He was the love of her life. They were married after only three months of dating. Audria is survived by her loving family members with whom she lived. Daughter Michelle Raver, son-in-law Kyle, granddaughter Brooke Durden and her husband Christopher, her great-grand kitties Mitten and Lil’ Bit.
She is also survived by her sisters and brothers Marlene Sichette, her husband Joseph, Linda Real, Edward Clocker, and Ronald Clocker. Not to be forgotten, are her nieces and nephews who meant the world to her; Roger Turek, his wife Susan, Diane Hock and her husband Dennis, their son Patrick, Thomas Clocker and his wife Dawn, their sons Bradley and Matthew, Karen Keys and husband Rick, her son Dylan, Ryan Turek, Casey Pierpont, Ryan Pierpoint, his wife Kari, their new addition Wyatt, Corrie Pope, Tina Clocker, Ronald Clocker Jr., his wife Bobbi and their children.
Dear friends who are more like family include her life-long friend Jane Warner, Jane’s daughters Charmaine and Noel, Angie Carr, Heather Jones, and the “gang” from Park Davis.
Wendy Abboud was Audria/G’s personal hairdresser. Wendy was at her beck and call 24/7. She treated G like her family. Wendy could be found at G’s bedside through her many hospitalizations with curling iron in hand, ready to work.
Now that the formalities are out of the way, probably at least 15 people are offended. Now for the real story:
Audria was a spitfire; known for her “Sexy” sunglasses and her attitude. She had a need for speed practically out of the womb. Her dream car was a 57’ Chevy or 55’ T-Bird. She settled for an 05’ silver Mustang convertible with red leather interior, so don’t feel too badly for her. Yes, she put the top down and was known in her circle of friends as “Mustang Sally”. ;-) At every celebration, her ear-piercing whistle could be heard above the crowd. My condolences if you were sitting nearby. There was only one thing in this world that she loved more than cars—her hair. Even in her recent sickness, she could be found every week in the salon cracking jokes and telling stories until all the ladies were in stitches. Audria may no longer be with us in this world, but she has promised to haunt each and every one of us from the next world if she sees us touching her hair, so watch out!
G, we love you. Rest in peace.
