

Deborah A. “Debbie” Budd, of Myrtle Beach, SC, beloved wife of the late Richard T. “Rick” Budd, Jr., of Dallas, GA, passed away on Tuesday February 25, 2025. Born on January 30, 1949 in Bloomington, IL, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Lee Hubble and Barbara Jean VanZile.
Debbie graduated from Nicolet High school, in Fox Point WI in 1966, then attended West Virginia University where she met her husband, Rick. While attending WVU, Debbie was active with the Iota Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority.
She was a full-time mom while her boys were young, and then transitioned into a successful Real Estate career. Beyond real estate, Debbie was a tremendous dog lover, a certified Master Gardener, and an incredible baker. The only thing she loved more than her dogs, landscaping, or baking was the love for her family, especially her grandkids.
Debbie is survived by her three sons Richard T. Budd, III, and wife Michelle of New Market, MD, Christopher L. Budd and wife, Amy, of Acworth, GA, and James L. Budd and wife, Dana, of Bel Air, MD, her Aunt Polly Moore of Des Moines, IA, sisters, Susan "Hubble" German and husband John of Troy, NC, and Sally “Hubble” Presy of Clearwater, FL, sister-in-law the late Judith L. Stevenson and husband Allan R. Stevenson of Cumberland, MD, brother-in-law Donald T. Budd and partner Donna Tardiff of Star, ID. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Teague, Davis, Katie, and Olivia Budd; Rachel, Nicholas, and Alexander Navarro; great-granddaughter Natalie Navarro, nieces Christine German Myers of Pompano Beach, FL, Erin Dyals and husband Jason of Sarasota, FL, nephews John Presy of Clearwater, FL, the late Wyatt Presy of Clearwater, FL, Max Presy and wife Megan of Bradenton, FL, Scott Stevenson and wife Terri of Cumberland, MD, and niece Roxanne King and husband Dick of Cumberland, MD.
