On November 26, 2015, Francis Joseph Zahner, 76, Lieutenant (retired) Baltimore County Police passed away. He was the loving husband of Joyce L. (nee Wessel); cherished father of Shelly L. Davis (Lester) and Lisa R. Meisz (John); dear uncle of Patricia Pfaff, Toni Mingioni and Jennifer J. Distasio; devoted grandfather of Regan E. Davis, Cameron T. Davis, Hunter R. Meisz and Grace C. Meisz. He is preceded in death by his parents Samuel and Nettie Zahner, his three brothers William Evans, James Evans, George Zahner and his sister Ella Pistorio.
A memorial service will be held at the Fallston United Methodist Church on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 12 noon.
