Mr. Jerry, Ms. Theresa, Chris and family....It's Amy...Betty and Steve's youngest...Words cannot express how truly sorry I am for your loss. I am without words as a mother of 2 boys myself, its unimaginable what you must be feeling.  As I watched the video to honor little Jerry, it brought many fond memories of your family.  Only God himself knows his plan, I believe that little Jerry must have been needed and chosen for a greater purpose, a very important and special job that only he can do. Seeing little Jerry as an adult made me smile...the same boy I remember only grown-up sized and Chris also. It's quite obvious, albeit too brief, little Jerry  found many reasons to smile, especially  with his family. I'm sending lots of love and hugs  to each of you, continuing to keep you in my prayers.  I'd offer words of comfort if I could find them,  especially to you Ms. Theresa, recalling what an amazing mother, cheerleader, and champion you are for your boys.  Proverbs 31:25-31, says," she is clothed in dignity and in strength...her children stand and bless her..", I believe a fitting description. Dearest Theresa and Gerry, Christopher and the entire family.  If there were words capable of relaying my love to you, compounded by the pain of the loss of your beloved  Jerry, I would conjure them here. But what more can be said that you don't already know: This is not the way to say goodbye to a child. Hold fast to the many precious memories  - the good times and the difficult ones - because that is the sum total of life. We make memories and keep going for as long as God allows. We learn what life is about, and we share the love and the pain.  We look for signs of hope and slowly we get back, somehow, to life again - a little less complete than we once were. Theresa, you are a kind and beautiful soul, and you are a loving mother, you always have been. Try to let go of the sadness and realize that he left this world knowing what love means, thanks to you. You did your job, and that is all there is for us to do. 

My dear nephew  was a  very gentle soul, a good man who had with a big heart.  He had an amazingly creative mind, and the soul of an artist.  

Over his all to short lifetime he  mastered the art of computer architectural drawing; transformed a drab row house in Baltimore into a delightful work of art; became an accomplished electrician ; and was constantly creating fascinating art pieces on paper, and much more.  I loved spending time with him.

I will always remember how he lit up when he smiled from his heart.  He will be deeply missed .  And he is joyfully embraced in God's loving arms now.  Love, Uncle Will



Know that my heart ,thoughts and prayers are with you all. 

We met Theresa and Gerry, when we worked at Levitz Furniture in Langhorne, Pennsylvania together back in 1978,  It was when they lived in Highland Park, I believe it was the year that young Gerry had been born. Theresa and I became fast friends and our families meshed so well that when they moved to Bel Air we would visit them often. My girls were just a bit older then their sons and we still stay in touch with them to this day.. God speed young Gerry, love you all Betty and Steve Fisher

Our hearts are heavy for the Scott Family. We have been friends for many years and hope that friends, family and God give you strength and comfort at this most difficult time. 

I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the Scott family. I remember and will always remember many good times spent with Gerry.  He was one of my first and best friends in Bel Air, and I am sad that it had been so long since we’d last spoken.  We would often ride to school together in his Geo, and spend afternoons and weekends cruising around town listening to music and shooting the breeze.   I will miss Gerry but will never forget him.
