Hard to believe it’s been 3 years without my “Roomie”. I miss our conversations, our laughs, our outings. I think of you so often , I miss you my dear friend!

Even though 3 years have passed I think of my friend often with funny stories and good times. We had so much FUN at Planet Fitness laughing and goofing off while exercising. I will always remember JoJo and she and her beautiful family will be in my thoughts and prayers today! R.I.P. always JoJo

Joann though we didn't not see one another for years at a time we shared so many good times in high school.  You were always the most loving, kind, upbeat, positive person I have ever met.   The world has lost a wonderful person but heaven has gotten a true angel.  Be at peace now with your mom and dad.   You will be missed.

From the sidelines of the soccer and baseball fields, cheering our sons on, JoAnn and I became friends. That friendship would only prove to grow through the years from little league to metro league and beyond sports. We never lost touch.

We spoke (via social media almost  daily) and continued to  laugh and make memories as we went to yard sales, lunches and other outings. The highlight was the Eagles concert. So grateful for that experience together. Every picture I have I know exactly where we were and what we laughed about that day. JoAnn was so fun to be around. 

So my heart broke with the sad news of the passing of my dear "Roomie", a term we fondly and laughingly used for each other, stemming from being hotel roommates. She was so kind and thoughtful, always doing for others. She was my constant encouragement during trying times in my life. She truly was the wind beneath my wings. Almost every communication with her ended the same with her comment" I will never stop telling you what a wonderful mom you are and what a great job you have done raising those boys on your own". Thank you Roomie. I shall never forget you or your love and compassion. I hope you felt it back.
RIP my dear friend. So long until we meet again. 

Lauren, Matt and Phil what a great job you guys did with all the pictures. I so enjoyed looking at all of them. You can tell what a fun, life of the party she was. What a good mother and wife.  The biggest heart in the world. I still can't believe I won't ever hear her voice or see her again. From school, to work, my maid of honor and my life long friend and sister. No matter how bad you were feeling you still always cared about everyone else. So good to everyone. You will always be in my heart and you took a piece of me with you.  Love you forever and always my dearest friend. I LOVE YOU! FLY HIGH MY SISTER!  

This is such very sad news. I have known this crazy lady for about 35 years.  I met Joann on my first day of work and she took me under her wing and we became great friends. She was part of our Status group that has remained close over the years. I will miss her zany sense of humor and the way she told it like it was.  She was a loyal friend and a great mother - always bragging on her children. She was so proud of them.  She was always the life of the party!  She will be so missed.

Phil, Lauren, and Matt,

Joann and each of you are in our thoughts and prayers.  I feel blessed for having her as a friend and have many fond memories of exercising with her at Planet Fitness & then enjoying breakfast at Chick-Fil-A.  She was a very special lady who will be missed by many.
