Robert and Family,
I pray for ourLord to be with you during this time of mourning.                         May He offer His comforting embrace.  I came shortly to the APG Chapel after you and your Family arrived.  Kathy was always friendly and welcoming to both my Husband, Rev. Jack and I when we visited the Protestant Service.  I will miss her.

Kathy always had a kind word, always gave of herself to others, and always maintained a loving outreach to anyone in need.   I pray for comfort to Robert in the certainty of God's embrace for Kathy today and always, forever, for eternity.

I will remember Kathy as a consistent attendee at many Sandy Cove women’s events. She was always kind and encouraging…a lover of God’s Word! My condolences to her family. May God’s comfort and peace surround you!

With heartfelt sorrow, I extend my deepest condolences to Cathy’s family and loved ones. I pray that the Lord’s comfort and peace will surround them during this time of grief.
I first met Cathy in January 2007, when I began serving as the Senior Pastor at APG Chapel after returning from Bagdad, Iraq. From the very beginning, Cathy and her family welcomed me and my family with warmth and kindness, treating us as their own.
Cathy was a bright and joyful woman, filled with love and genuine faith in Jesus Christ. She faithfully participated in chapel programs and consistently encouraged others with her uplifting spirit. During worship, when prayer requests were shared, she often asked for prayer not for herself, but for her friends—revealing her sincere passion for loving and caring for others.
Cathy also had a deep love for God’s Word and spiritual growth. She read Christian books, discussed them with friends, and shared the blessings she received. Many times, she even purchased faith-based books and gifted them to others, reflecting her pure and generous heart.
Cathy often sent me cards and shared prayer requests. Each time, I called her, and we prayed together. In that sense, she was truly a faithful prayer partner and a fellow soldier in prayer.
Though she was still young to go home to the Lord, we trust that God, in His perfect wisdom, called her to be with Him. As believers, we find comfort in the promise of God—where there is no more sorrow, no more pain, no more sickness, and no more death, and where we will dwell with the Lord forever.
May we live our remaining days faithfully for Christ, so that when the Lord calls us home, we too may hear His precious words:
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” (Matthew 25:21)
Once again, I pray for God’s comfort to be with Cathy’s family and friends, and I honor her life and faith with gratitude.

Kathy, Robert, her dear parents, Polly & Robert Scott & I have shared so many good times in the 30+ years we were friends. We also shared a love of books & libraries and we both retired from Harford County Public Library, where we met. Most of all we shared a love for our Savior, Jesus Christ. Rob, thanks for your love & care for Kathy. Praying for God to comfort you during this saddest of times.

I will never forget Mrs. Kathy. One of the kindest most thoughtful women to walk the earth. From all of her little gifts I now keep the shop stocked with Hint waters. It was a pleasure to style her all these years and get to know her and Rob. I will miss her dearly and never forget my dear friend. My deepest condolences to Rob and the family.

Kathy was a giver. Of gifts, of words, of encouragement. She was the choir's biggest fan and champion and she so enjoyed the music each Sunday morning. She and her mom would lovingly watch and smile as the choir sang every week - eyes fixed on her dad. She always had a kind word about how much the music meant to her. I will always be grateful for Kathy's support and her generous spirit. Rob, I pray for your broken heart and for your memories to be all the joyful ones.

Kathy, the first time I met you and Rob was when I joined the APG Chapel.  You were always so sweet and welcomed everyone with open arms.  I truly enjoyed our time when my son and I sat with you and Rob at the Water's Edge luncheon but most of all, I will miss seeing you sitting behind me in the chapel.  I know you are at peace and will be present in spirit.  May God continue to watch over Rob and the family and continue to send healing.

Robert, I am saddened by Kathy's passing.  She was a bright light to me. When I was going through tough times, she always gave me a card and books to let me know that I was not alone. I will miss her smile and care. My condolences to you and your family.

Although Ken and I have not known Kathy many years the time we were with her and Robert were very special to us.  Each time I enter the Chapel the first thing I would do was to look around to see if Kathy was sitting in her usual seat and if she was I would try to get her attention, and then we would smile at each other and give a little wave.
It was always a special time after the service when we would meet in the Fellowship Hall for talk and snack time.  She always had extra bags of goodies that she made and gave out to others without looking for anything in return.  It was all made with love and given with love.  Everywhere I walk in our home I can see gifts and food from Kathy.  I will still look for her tomorrow and miss her and love her then and forever.
We love Robert and her little cat friend Cinnamon that she adored.  So Goodnight Kathy, Ken and I will see you all later when we will be together again.     Love again, Ken and Diane Friedel

Kathy, my Dear Friend, we've shared many great times together, and I'll always have the wonderful memories of being with you at the Chapel with your parents. You were one of the most Faithful and Generous friend's I've ever had. I cannot even count all the Blessing's you have given me. Thank you for the 2 Birthday cards! Lol...

Thank you Kathy for being my best friend for 36 years, we had marathon telephone calls, talking about anything under the sun. Although we didn't get to see each other often I will cherish all the memories we made and the wonderful times we had together! Tracy and I  will miss you terribly! We love you!
