Patsy Lee Duffy, born on August 22, 1952, passed away on February 14, 2026, at the age of 73. Patsy was a resident of Joppa, Maryland. Predeceased by her loving husband James Duffy, and son Troy Duffy; her parents Sis and Frank Ketchum; brother-in-law’s Stephen Duffy, and Daniel Duffy. Her in-laws Marty and Betty Duffy. She will be found in heavenly praise with welcome, by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and grandparents. She returns home to be welcomed by brothers-in-law, and a multitude of friends including her beloved pets especially, Incense her first “child” and Belle who she adored with her whole heart.
Patsy is survived by her devoted son Shawn Duffy; sister Anna “Susie’ Marcellino; sisters-in-law Donna Bowen Mary “Corky” Raubaugh, and Terri Duffy. In death her memory is celebrated by nieces Elizabeth, Carol (Sean), Jessi (John), and nephews William (Dawnetta), and Robert. Her life is celebrated by a multitude of great nieces and nephews. She was lucky to have many aunts, uncles, and cousins that will continue to celebrate her life.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Holy Communion Lutheran Church, located at 621 Old Fallston Road, Fallston, MD, 21047. The service is scheduled for Friday, February 20, 2026, starting at 3:30 pm.
