I was lucky to have met Paula through her daughter Crystal a few years ago when she moved down here to help Crystal take care of her precious babies!  As soon as I met Paula I fell in love with her instantaneously!  What a joyful heart and soul and beautiful woman😍  And boy did she love those babies🤗🤗🤗 And of course she also loved Crystal and Rene very much!  She was so proud of a life that Crystal had chose and the husband that she had chose to spend her life with!  You see....I am a hairstylist almost like a therapist people tell me their most intimate secrets all the time knowing that I will keep them safe and locked away.... But that one obviously I knew that I could share... I knew that Paula would not care...😍... I will say that Paula taught me a lot of things in the few years that I was lucky enough to know her ...number one she taught me how to always be a lady she was ome of the most Southern genuine lovely ladies I ever met ..
and I knew that that's where crystal had gotten it from.... Number 2 she told me how to shop on QVC like a boss...LoL.... Number 3 she told me how to never take no as an answer at kohls when you have an expired coupon🤣🤣🤣.... I always told her that it was her personality her charm and her good looks that got her away with that that it would never work for me🙄... And number 4... she taught me what it was like to have a big open loving heart and I will never forget her for that😥😥😥...
REST IN PEACE BEAUTIFUL LADY...U WILL CERTAINLY BE MISSED MORE THAN WORDS CAN SAY❤❤❤❤

My heart weighs heavy with sadness as I'm flooded with flashbacks memories of my childhood growing up with my Aunt Tinker aka Paula Hayden.
Her passing is like the last note of a song that started many years ago at 1420 Carolina Ave.  She was a mother figure to me when I had none. She worked hard to provide for her family and was an inspiration to those lives she touched.
She was a loving mother, aunt and sister to my late father Rod Hutchinson.
I'm certain she is at peace.

Crystal,  I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was a very sweet lady. She was amazing with the twins too. She had a great sense of humor and will be greatly missed by many. May she now RIP. Blessings 

Me and my family are so very saddened to hear this news. Your mother was always so nice to all of us and we were proud to be a part of her family, we will be praying for all who loved her.  I loved her and will miss talking to her on Facebook May God comfort you all through this difficult time. RIP my friend 

We grew up together, went to school together and we were friends not just cousins. We continued our chats after she moved to Maryland. I will miss her and yet know that she is at Peace and in heaven with her loved ones that went before her. Prayers for her family left behind and especially for Angie.

I’ll never forget the life lessons at your kitchen table, you taking me to Disney World for the first time, and that you loved me like I was one of your daughters. I’m forever grateful to God that he blessed me to have in my life. You will be missed. Love you!!

I've had quite a few people ask me what my favorite memory of my mom is. I stop and think and for the life of me I can't choose just one because I cherish them ALL. Mom could always make anything and everything fun. Her laugh was infectious and she has always been a big kid at heart. 
I used to sit at the foot of her bed almost every night so we could just talk about anything and everything. It hurts my heart to know I won't be able to pick mom's brain about life, share a belly laugh, or just give her a giant bear hug. I talked to her nonstop until the end and I continue to talk her ears off. 
This picture was taken this past Christmas and if you knew mom, no one loved Christmas more than her. I am so glad she was able to share a few Christmases with my kiddos. 
I miss you terribly mom, but I know you would be proud of me for finding joy and peace by remembering all of the happiness you brought to my life. You were my mom, dad, and best friend....I love you always and forever. 

Mom know that you were truly loved by me and my family. You taught me to be an awesome mom, proud daughter, supportive wife, and an all around loving person. I am so blessed and so very thankful that I got to call you Mom. Thank you for loving me and my family like you did. We are strong because of you. Love and miss you so much!!!

You will truely be missed.  You helped me to get my very first job at a restaurant on the beach where you worked and then I helped you get your last job at Lowe's.  May God be with your family. Cousins are very special.
