Penelope Ann Jung, age 75, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022. Penelope was born August 16, 1946 in Maryland; beloved wife of the late Walker Jung; devoted mother of Dr. Jeff Alexander and his wife Leigh; dear step-mother of James Jung and his wife Yvonne and Rebecca Jung; loving grandmother of Brooke, Courtney and Drew Alexander. Also survived by other loving family and friends.
A visitation for Penelope will be held Friday, March 18, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014, where a funeral service will occur Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Rosary Cemetery, 7305 German Hill Road, Dundalk, MD 21222.
