Rosalie Apicella Scotten, born on July 22, 1947, passed away on December 16, 2025, at the age of 78. She was a resident of Bel Air, Maryland. Beloved wife of the late James Archer Scotten, Jr.; devoted mother of Jeffrey, Joseph, and Debbie Chenoweth, Timothy Scotten, and Donna Simmons; loving mom mom to Ericka, Christopher, David, Phylicia, Katie, Autumn, Joanna, Shawn, and the late Sara. Also survived by many loving cousins. Preceded in death by her parents Joseph Anthony and Marietta Apicella.
A visitation for Rosalie will be held at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc. 610 W. MacPhail Rd. Bel Air, MD 21014 on Sunday, December 21 from 3-6 PM where the funeral service will be held on Monday, December 20 at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Harford Memorial Cemetery 3839 Aldino Rd Aberdeen, MD 21001.
