Carol Crawford, June 28, 1926, to October 25, 2021, beloved wife and mother. Preceded in death by her husband Sherman and daughter, Sue. Survived by her son Steve; nieces Holly Abrams and Jane Anderson; nephew Ed Anderson. And adopted daughter Debbie Wiesner; grandchildren Annie, Abbie, Amie and Brodie.
Carol was born in Cleveland, Missouri to Lloyd and Nan Law. She was the sixth generation born in Missouri. She graduated from Belton High School in 1944. Carol married Sherman Crawford of Belton, Missouri on December 20, 1946, when he returned from WWII. Her son Steve was born in 1948 and daughter Sue in 1950. Sherman died of cancer in 1973, Sue died of cancer in 2006.
Carol worked as a bank teller and security officer for many years. She was very active in the Nall Avenue Baptist Church since 1961. She taught Sunday School and worked with the children.
