Jo “Linda” Breshears, born April 1, 1971, in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, passed away on July 12, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was the beloved daughter of Hubert Gardner and Clare Reppy. She was preceded in death by her father, Hubert; her two sons, William Forrest and Brandon Skyler; and her daughter, Morgan Rose.
Linda is survived by her devoted husband, Michael Ivy; her loving mother, Clare Reppy; her daughters, Crystal Renee, Hailey Cheyenne, and Cailey Renee; and her stepchildren, Stephanie Nicole, Crystal Denise, and Tyler Patrick. She was a proud and cherished grandmother to five grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sisters, Connie Gardner and Carole Keating, as well as many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Linda’s greatest joy in life was her family. She was a fiercely loyal friend, known for her warmth, kindness, and big heart. She loved monkeys, found peace in fishing, and always made others feel loved and welcomed.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
Services for Linda will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at McGilley & George Funeral Home, 611 Chestnut, Belton, Missouri 64012.
