Jon Charles Mallory, 56, of Belton, MO died Aug. 10, 2014. Memorial visitation 1-3 pm Sun. Aug. 24 at McGilley & George Funeral Home, Belton. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Kansas City Hospice, 1500 Meadow Lake Pkwy Ste 200 Kansas City, MO 64114.
Jon was born July 7, 1958 in Barksdale Air Force Base, LA. He traveled as a kid living in England, Texas, Calif., Hawaii and England again then Richards Gebaur Belton. Jon remained in Belton since 1972, graduated Belton HS in 1976 and Platte College St. Joseph in 1978. He worked for the Belton School District prior to his last position of 18 yrs with Owen Lumber Co.
Survived by daughter, Ashlyn Mallory; sons, Artimus and Matthias Mallory; mother, Irene Mallory; father, Charles “Tom” Mallory; sister, Kimberley Mallory and brother; Lee Mallory; grandson, Isaac Mallory and niece, Emma Mallory Snyder.
