Margaret Corrine Luckey, 88, of Belton, MO, passed away February 9, 2010. Visitation 10-11 a.m. Saturday, February 13, at the Belton Assembly of God, Y & 58 Hwy. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial in Pleasant Mound Cemetery Osceola, MO. Contributions suggested to the Belton Assembly of God Youth Group. Margaret was born on April 12, 1921, in Wichita, KS, to John and Juanita Newfelt. She was a lifelong resident of Belton and a member of the Belton Assembly of God. In 1969 she started working for the IRS, retiring in 1981. She was a member of the Women's Ministry and enjoyed playing the piano and singing. Margaret loved to read and study the Bible. Preceded in death by her husband, Ralph, in 1978 and brother Robert Newfelt. Survived by daughters Lois Luckey, Delaware, OK, and Norma and Gerry Hall, Belton, MO; sister Anita Elton, Osceola, MO; 6 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren and 5 great great granddaughters (Arrangements: McGilley & George Funeral Home, 816-322-2996.)
