Millard Stanley Roesner

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Millard "Stan" Roesner on December 28, 2025. Born on October 14, 1951, Stan was a force of life, known for his charismatic, stubborn, yet loving and generous spirit.

Stan leaves behind a rich legacy, living his life to the fullest, and teaching those around him to do the same. He was a dedicated father and husband, pouring unmeasurable love, into his family. His creativity shone bright, demonstrated in the stunning art he crafted with his hands. Also a firm believer in conservation, and big lover of the outdoors.

Stan is survived by his loving wife, Donna Roesner; his daughters, Billie Jean Houlehan(James) and Melissa Roesner(Tina); and his son, Kyle Roesner(Andrea); including bonus daughter Lindsey Roesner(Doy); and his biggest joy, his grandchildren, Reece, Treyson, James, Mae and Luke. Stan’s memory will also be treasured by his siblings, John Yess, Kathy Garrett, Debra Merkling, and Christina Peltonen. He is predeceased by his mother, Billie Jean Yess; his father, John Yess; and his brother, Andrew Yess.

We remember Stan for his strong adherence to The Golden Rule, showing kindness and respect to everyone he encountered, a lesson that his loved ones will continue to carry with them.

His absence will be deeply felt by everyone who knew him. However, we take comfort in remembering his steadfast commitment to his family, his warm smile, and the countless memories that we shared with him. His legacy continues in the lives of every person he touched. As we mourn the loss of Stan, let us not forget to celebrate a life well-lived. He will be dearly missed.
