Vearl was born April 24, 1945 in Mitchel, SD to Emil and Dorothy Richert Jenner. He was a heavy equipment operator for the County in SD. Vearl moved to the Belton area in 1986. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, smoking meat and woodworking.
Survived by wife, Judy of the home; daughter, Michelle Jenner, Kansas City MO; sons, Anthony Jenner, Olathe KS and Thomas Jenner, Avondale MO; 2 sisters, Lorene Cavigielli, Huron SD and Diane Albertson, Cedar Falls IA and 4 grandchildren.
