Daniel Joseph Lockler Jr., 76, of Lecanto, FL passed away in the loving care of family and HPH Hospice on Thursday, March 23, 2023. Danny was born in Milwaukee, WI and grew up in Bloomington MN, where he entered the Navy after High School graduation.
Dan is survived by his wife, Barbara, his sons Tim (Robbie) and Steven (Sheila), step-sons Rick (Nicole) and Ryan (Keri), sisters Patty (Harry) and Gail (Al), and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Danny was a talented mechanic who owned a business in heating and air conditioning and major appliance service. He was able to retire quite early and spend many years living, golfing, and fishing on a Minnesota lake.
A committal service for Daniel will be held Monday, April 3, 2023 from 11:30 AM at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 S.W. 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513.
