Douglas Brooks Green, Jr.

Douglas Brooks Green, Jr., 71 of Beverly Hills, Florida passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2013 in the loving care of his family and Hospice of Citrus County. Doug was born on Saturday, May 31, 1941 in Opp, Alabama to Douglas Brooks and Ruth (Harrison) Green, Sr. He graduated from Milton High School in Pensacola, Florida in 1959. Doug retired from Publix on July 10, 2005 and enjoyed fishing, golfing and gardening.

Doug was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Brooks Green, Sr.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Ruth Green of Beverly Hills, Florida; mother Ruth Harrison Green of Florida; sons, Kevin Green and Keith Green and wife, Lisa all of Jacksonville, Florida and Rick Domer and wife Debbie of Marietta, Georgia; daughter, Tammy Eubanks of Bainbridge, Ohio; brothers, Joseph Green of North Carolina, Robert David Green and wife Marsha of Atmore, Alabama and Damon Green and wife Joy of Kissimmee, Florida; sisters, Becky Fisher of Tampa, Florida, Martha Guernsey and husband Ron of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, Sharon Hardstey and husband Larry of West Virginia, Dora Powell and husband Leslie of Seminole, Alabama and Michelle Williams and husband Buddy of Seminole, Alabama and grandchildren, Tyler and Alyssa Green of Jacksonville, Florida, Jake and Dylan Domer of Marietta, Georgia and Tanner Eubanks of Bainbridge, Ohio and many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.

Memorial Service of Remembrance, Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 2:00 PM at North Oak Baptist Church, 9324 N. Elkcam Blvd., Citrus Springs, Florida 34433.
