Harold “Woody” Woods passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Woody was born to Merle Woods and Berneda Lewis on Wednesday, March 5, 1941. He was a retired Machinist for 28 years at Dayton Forging and Heat Treating in Dayton, Ohio. He moved to Homosassa, Florida 22 years ago. He was an NRA pistol instructor for 10 years at Kane's Ace Hardware. He enjoyed fishing, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Woody was survived by his wife of 55 years Carol, his son Mike and his daughter Marla. He was survived by his brother Darrell, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter Darlene and infant sister Nellie.
