Lillian M Hess

Lillian M. Hess, 83, of Citrus Springs, Florida died on Thursday, March 31, 2011. She was born in Woodside, New York on Sunday, July 10, 1927 to Daniel and Helen (Burke) Coakley. Lillian moved to this area in December of 1988 from Lake Ronkonkoma, New York. Lillian was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. She was a homemaker and enjoyed her azaleas, cooking, baking and caring for her family. She loved to write and receive cards to keep in touch with her friends and family.

Lillian was preceded in death by her son, Raymond Hess.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Ralph H. Hess, Sr. of Citrus Springs, Florida; son, Ralph H. Hess, Jr. and wife Tracey of Australia; daughter, Barbara Tibbetts and husband Jeffrey of Ocala, Florida; sister, Kay Payne and husband Robert of Levittown, New York; fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Visitation, Sunday, April 3, 2011 from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Fero Funeral Home. Funeral Mass, Monday, April 4, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Citrus Springs. Burial will follow at Fero Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
