We remember Nelson so fondly.  He was the person who tended our yard but we considered him a friend as well.  He loved our back yard and gave us so much good advice.  He always helped my mother who lives in our house. We're down in Florida doing some work in the yard and have been thinking about  how intelligent and caring Nelson was.  He was so special and we miss him dearly.

Nelson was a thoughtful, kind, considerate, and very knowledgeable man who is still missed by my family today.  It's still so hard to believe he's gone.  We pray for his family to remember the good times, the fun times, and all of the love, and to hold those memories close to their hearts.

It seems impossible to think of Nelson in terms of yesterday rather than tomorrow.  He was a fixture in Meadowcrest.  Nelson was so much more than our landscaper,  he was our friend and a friend to all. Mild mannered, kind, caring and extremely competent in his profession. 

If only there were more individuals such as Nelson Lopez,  the world would surely be a better place. You will be sorely missed Nelson.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Nelson. We have lived in Meadowcrest for 27 years  and we have known Nelson for many years.  He was always so kind, hard working and so proud of his company. Our landscaping is beautiful because of his vision and expertise. He had a true gift. He is missed.  Our prayers are with his family at this sad time. May he rest in eternal peace. 🙏

Back in 2013 we bought a home in Terra Vista that needed alot of landscape attention & beautification.  Someone we met highly recommended Nelson and his company, Greenforest.  

Ten years ago Nelson & his crew made the exterior of that home beautiful.  And when we moved to Black Diamond, who else but Nelson!

For 10 years we've known Nelson to be a gracious, friendly, hard working man.  That continuous smile was made even bigger when he talked about his family.

About 6 months ago, his son came to tell us that his dad was ill and could no longer keep the company working.  The news was terrible to hear and we hoped that in time, Nelson would heal.

We remember the discussions regarding some specific plants/plantings...Pampas grasses, Philodendron, Knock out roses and Crape Myrtles.

Now when we see these plants, we think of Nelson and smile.

We cannot count the times he came and personally took care of a problem.  He was always pleasant and caring.  We miss him and pray for his family in this difficult time.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Nelson Lopez.  We considered him to be not just our landscaper, but also our friend.  He was a beloved fixture within Meadowcrest.  We knew him for nine years, since we purchased our home in Meadowcrest.  He has been sorely missed while he was in the hospital, during which time we prayed he would fully recover.  Such a strong, fine, kind man should not have been taken so soon and in such a way.  We wish your family the best.  If there is ever anything that we can do, please don't hesitate to ask..
