He attended Warren Eastern High School in New Orleans and Tulane University. He retired from Mullins Building Products in Nov. 2010 after 52 years in the construction and architect field. Buddy married Carol Odum McGill on May 19, 2007. He was a member of Door and Hardware Institute AHC and CDC, the Knights of Columbus, BFC Council Representative and several committees at MBBC. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Clifford and Magdaleane Blanchard Fisher and grandparents, Harry John and Mary Madgaline Blanchard. He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Carol Odum McGill. Family will receive friends Monday Nov. 26, 2018 from 12:00 – 1:00 PM at Mountain Brook Baptist Church. Funeral service will be follow at 1:00 PM. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Alzheimer's Association or Mountain Brook Baptist Church.
