Barbara Messer – Ebadi , 92, passed away Sunday June 29, 2014. She retired from Alabama Power Co. after 40 years and remained active in their Retiree’s Association until her death.
She also served many years in the City of Vestavia Hills senior care program.
She was a member of Vestavia Hills Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving family including many nieces and nephews.
Her pastor Dr. Gary Furr will conduct a graveside service at Elmwood Cemetery 11:00 A.M. Wednesday July 2, 2014 with Visitation thirty minutes prior at Elmwood Chapel.
