On April 24, 2020, Bertha M. Adkins, age 83, of Remlap Alabama departed from this world to be with the Lord. She was born on February 23, 1937 and was a member of Pleasant Mount Baptist Church. She will be missed by all who had the chance to know her. Preceding her in death, brothers, Bill Woodall, Bobby Woodall, sisters, Polly Jones, Barbara Martin, daughter, Kay Adkins Thrasher. Left behind to cherish her precious memories are her husband, Bill Adkins, daughters, Vyckie Head (Tim), Christy Ramey (Mark), son, Joey Adkins (Dianne). Eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends. A private interment will be held at Sunrise Cemetery in Pinson, Alabama.
