HAY, BETTY, We are sad to announce the passing of Mary Elizabeth Andrews Hay, known to family and friends as Mrs. Betty Hay of Foley, AL. She is survived by her sister, Dorothelle Vickery of Haden, AL; three children, Jeannie Harper and Peggie Combs both of Foley, AL and David M. Hay, Jr. of Locust Fork, AL; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Private family services will be held.
