Calvin Phi Vuong

Vuong, Calvin Phi, age 22, of Pinson passed away March 29, 2016. Mr. Vuong was a student at Clay Chalkville School K-11 and also attended Tarrant High School in 2011. He was a talented artist, painter, and tattoo artist. He worked with his mother at Vickie’s Nails Salon as a Nail Technician. He also worked at Olive Garden in Trussville. He loved to collect unique and unusual rocks. He loved motorcycle riding. Calvin was a kind, generous, and outgoing person. He was loved by everyone who met him. He is survived by his parents: JarMaine Stanley and Thuong “Vickie” Nguyen Stanley; Two brothers , MyNam Vuong “Michael” and Jaden Stanley; One sister, Jayla Stanley; and Max the family dog; Grandmother Bernadette Stanley; Earline Stanley Great Grandmother; Aunts Minnie Winston, Jessica Stanley, Minwill Winston, and Earlena Murray; Uncle Michael Stanley and a host of nieces and nephews. His Family will receive friends on Saturday April 2, 2016 from 1-3 pm at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with services following at 3pm. Burial will be at Zion Memorial Gardens.
