She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby J Wilson, her parents Harry and Alma Brown, her sister Janice Brown McNees, and nephew Larry Lee McNees.
She is survived by her daughter, Amy Brooks Vanwyk of Fayetteville, NC; stepdaughter, Sarah Wilson Lauderdale (Heath) of Hayden, AL; 7 grandchildren - Christopher, Lauren, Christian, and Willow of Fayetteville, NC and Hannah, Audrey, and Colton of Hayden, AL; brother-in-law Larry McNees of Frankfort, KY; sister-in-law Carol Wilson of Foley, AL; brother-in-law, John D. Wilson (Anita) of Pinson,AL; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Burial will be at Hopewell Baptist Church cemetery. A private graveside service will be held Wednesday January 11, 2023.
