Granville peacefully passed away July 2nd surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Wanda Lee Clemmons in 1946 and son, Granville Wayne Clemmons in 1998. Granville is survived by his loving wife of 74 years, Mrs. Evelyne Riley Clemmons; son, Jeffrey Clyde Clemmons; granddaughter, Lauren Clemmons Kelley (Laramie); and niece, Betty Joe Martin. He proudly served the Navy for 26 months in WWII and he was the owner of Alabama Woodwork for 37 years. He is a member of Vestavia Church of Christ. The family will receive friends at Elmwood Chapel Saturday, July 5th from 10:00 to 11:00 AM followed by a graveside service at Elmwood Cemetery.
